Our house was built in 1902 by the McLaughlin Family, a lumber baron back in the day.  The original woodwork is still intact and as beautiful as ever.  Through the years and a handful of families, the home has been preserved and was turned into a bed and breakfast in 1992.

Step out of your comfort zone and jump into the river room and enjoy the tranquility of the master suite. It will bring you back to the time of Chief Wapasha’s people as they sat quietly, ever watching from the grassy banks of The Great River. Designed to be an all inclusive escape; this room -like the ancient river it reflects- will be your reminder that all things are connected and flow into each other. See Amenities below for room details.
